Gathering Feedback Across Partner Countries

The InfoCARE Erasmus+ project has reached a significant milestone on its journey to enhance dementia care. Across partner countries – Spain, Austria, Greece, Denmark, and Turkey – the project has successfully completed the piloting phase of two crucial project results, PR1 – “Training on Cognitive Activities | Mind-Stimulating Activities for People with Dementia,” and PR2 – “Remote caring | Mind-Stimulating Activities through new technologies.”, marking a pivotal step forward.

PR1 focused on nurturing cognitive resilience among informal caregivers. Through a comprehensive training journey in tailored cognitive activities, caregivers gained valuable skills to provide meaningful support. The piloting phase was enriched by diverse insights from partner countries, adding depth and richness to the process. PR2 focused on innovative care approaches. PR2 explored the realm of remote caregiving, using cutting-edge technologies to foster heartfelt connections across distances. The pilot phase illuminated the potential of technology to enhance caregiving practices, showing how it can make a real difference.

The pilot phase was a result of meticulous collaboration among partner organizations. Partners made sure to include caregivers, health professionals, and experts to ensure a well-rounded representation of each partner’s unique context. By tailoring the piloting sessions to meet the specific needs of each partner, partners were able to boost participant involvement and engagement.

Feedback from participants was at the heart of the project’s refinement process. Partners collected robust feedback that directly shaped and improved the project outcomes. The aim was not just assessment but also optimization, driven by real-world insights and a commitment to excellence.

As the conclusion of the pilot phase, InfoCARE is gearing up for the next chapter of its transformative journey. The valuable feedback from participants will guide us as we make refinements and enhancements, ensuring that partners’ approach to dementia care is even more effective and adaptable.

Stay tuned for InfoCARE’s ongoing progress!
